The room was very very clean and spacious and I was given room upgrade during the check-in which was really appreciated and thanks for that. I hope the rooms can be renovated since for me it was really outdated if I compare the way how the hotel lobby look like. Hotel location was good as well which is nearby the main tourist area.

Hotel has great location near grand bazaar and other sights. It can be relaxed in nice spa, sauna, pool, massage, hamam. Also breakfast is very good prepared, very diverse, omlette from the kitchen stuff is the best one. Stuff is polite, kind, helpful..

breakfast is a traditional Turkish breakfast hamam and spa facilities were excellent room was clean everyone speaks good English after checks out they even locked our luggage is a secure room with a camera so we can stroll Istanbul for a couple of more hours. they booked us taxis for reasonable prices too.

Location was very good and central, we walked everywhere we wanted to go. The cleaning staff was great and the room was spacious. And surprisingly they even had gluten free rolls for breakfast and were able to offer vegan alternatives.

Nice hotel, spacious and clean room and bathroom. Our room was upgraded, so we had a room with a beautiful view onto the mosque. We got clean towels, bottles of water, coffee every day. The room was really comfortable and the staff was very friendly. They reserved us a Bosphorus boat tour which was amazing. The breakfast was perfect, wide variaty of cold and hot morning food. The spa is small and it is free only until 18:00, but we had a good time there. In the neighbourhood there are shops, restaurants and the Hagia Sophia is about 15 minutes walk. Behind the mosque opposite to the hotel there is a small street full of bookstores which I liked very much.

A Wonderful Stay at Beyaz Saray & Spa I recently stayed at Beyaz Saray & Spa and had an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, BIG + for Mr. Murat ! Check-in was smooth and quick, and they made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I could ask for, including a comfortable bed, a large flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The bathroom was spotless, and I loved the luxurious toiletries they provided. The hotel’s location is perfect—centrally located with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. I especially enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which offered a great variety of delicious food, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic with plenty of fresh options. The facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful pool, a well-equipped gym, and a relaxing spa. I also appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere throughout the hotel, which made for a restful and rejuvenating stay. Overall, Beyaz Saray exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to the area. Highly recommended! We had a great time during our stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The location was simply perfect. The tram was easily accessible, and many of the main attractions like Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Süleymaniye Mosque, and the Grand Bazaar were within walking distance. The staff were extremely helpful, providing us with tips and guidance on which places to visit. A highlight was the free room upgrade worth €250, which gave us a fantastic view of the mosques. However, the morning prayer at 6 AM was quite loud, which helped us wake up early but could also be a bit stressful as you might feel like someone is screaming in your ears. The breakfast was typical Turkish and quite good, though I would have loved to see some fresh juices. Booking a shuttle to the airport was also easy. It was expensive, around €60, but worth it since it was raining, and the city is huge, making it easy to get lost. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay with only minor drawbacks.

Location was excellent. Just opposite Grand Bazaar. Also there is a nice grocery store just next to the hotel where you can buy almost all food and fruit items. AC was very effective. Staff was courteous and helpful. Rainfall shower was a treat.
